By using this app, you agree to these terms. They're short and plain because this is a small, honest tool, not a complex platform.
A tool for running a live fantasy football auction draft: a phone screen for logging picks, a TV-facing display for following along, and a lookup page for checking a team's roster. It is an independent, unofficial tool — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, or any real fantasy sports platform. References to real players, teams, and public NFL facts/statistics are used in the same way any fantasy sports commentary or tool does — as public factual information, not as a claim of official partnership.
Running a league itself needs no account. A league is identified by a shareable code, and edited using a commissioner-chosen PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and league code appropriately private within your own group — we cannot recover a lost PIN, and we cannot restore a league once its automatic retention period has passed (see the Privacy Policy for exact timing). Signing in with Google is only ever needed to buy or restore the optional Pro upgrade.
A free tier is available with limits on team count and the number of saved leagues per device. A one-time Pro upgrade removes those limits and unlocks additional display features. Pro status belongs to the league itself, not to any single device — once a league is upgraded, anyone with its code and PIN gets full access to its Pro features.
Pro can be purchased two ways, each with a different refund process: through the Google Play Store (once available there), handled entirely by Google Play Billing and subject to Google Play's own refund and billing policies, not ours directly; or through the website, processed by Stripe, where we are the seller of record — for a website purchase, contact us via the support link below within a reasonable time of purchase to request a refund, which we'll consider in good faith on a case-by-case basis. A purchase made on one platform does not automatically transfer to the other unless you sign in with the same Google account used at checkout (see the Privacy Policy for how that works).
Don't use this app to post illegal, harassing, hateful, or abusive content through the Fan Messages or league-naming features. Leagues found doing so may be removed without notice.
News headlines and season odds shown on the Draft Board are pulled from third-party public feeds (ESPN, CBS Sports) that we don't control, host, or guarantee the accuracy or availability of. This content may change, be delayed, or become unavailable at any time.
This app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep live drafts syncing correctly and data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for any dispute, disagreement, or loss arising from how a draft was run or scored.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app — including lost draft data, service interruptions, or any financial or other loss connected to how a draft was conducted. For any claim that isn't excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for most users, that's the one-time $3.99 Pro purchase, or $0 if you never purchased anything).
You must be able to legally agree to these terms in your jurisdiction to use this app. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
