Fantasy Auction Draft

A multi-screen system for running a live fantasy football auction draft: configure your league ahead of time, log picks from a phone, and follow along on a TV-facing board — with real-time sync across devices.

Quick Start — do these in order

1Draft Setup — do this first, before draft night. Configure teams, budget, roster, and get your league code + commissioner PIN.
2Bid Board — open on the phone that'll be logging picks. Needs the league code and PIN.
3Draft Board — open on the TV/laptop everyone's watching. Just needs the league code (no PIN).
4Team Picks — optional, for anyone else who wants to check a roster from their own phone (scan the QR code on Draft Board, or open it directly with the league code).

No Fire TV or Android TV? Enter a league code and turn any screen with a browser into a Draft Board.

Multiple leagues can run side by side, each identified by a short shareable code — viewing a league only needs the code, but logging picks or editing setup needs the commissioner's PIN, checked server-side. If no league is selected, the app falls back to a local demo. See README.md for details.
